Delivery Time Orders typically arrive within 1-7 business days from purchase date, with standard UPS Ground shipping. Faster shipping services are also available for most items.
Orders typically ship within 2 business days from the date we receive your order, with many shipping the same day. Certain Audio Enhancers brand enclosures may take longer to ship. Orders placed after 6pm (EST) or over the weekend are not received by our staff until the following business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Tracking information is made available to our customers as soon as it becomes available. Please note: There may be a time delay between when an order ships and the moment that confirmation of shipping is transmitted to you. To estimate your Total Delivery Time, you will want to consider both the Processing Time (up to 2 business days) and the Shipping Time (which depends on the shipping service that you choose during checkout), as illustrated below:  Processing Time is the time from when you submit your order, to when the item leaves the warehouse. For your protection, ShipSound’s order processing includes extensive fraud screening and verification.

Calculating Shipping Cost Shipping/handling costs vary by order weight and ship-to location. To determine shipping costs as well as delivery options, simply add the item(s) you are interested in into your shopping cart, then type the ZIP Code of your shipping address and click “Recalculate”. You can remove items from your cart at any time, before placing your order. Warehouse/store pickup is not available.
Low Order Fee As we are a Discount Retailer and operate on low margins, orders below a certain amount can actually cost us more money to fulfill (in employee time and processing fees) than they make us in profit. To help offset this, orders below $20 are attributed a low order fee of $3.95. Product Availability ShipSound.com is continuously updated to reflect the latest reported warehouse stock level. Products that are listed on our website have an “in stock” status. If stock of a product depletes, it is removed from our website until that product comes back in stock.
What is the Status of My Order? In addition to order update emails that will be sent to you, you may also view the current status of your order (as well as available tracking information) online, by logging on to your account. Simply click on the “Log In” link at the top right corner of any page of our website. From there, you will be able to view all available information about your order.
Shipping Outside the U.S. Sorry, ShipSound only ships to the 50 United States only, no exceptions.
PO boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses ShipSound cannot ship to US Postal Service PO boxes or Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. If you have such an address, please provide us with an alternate street address when ordering.
Shipping Insurance Shipping insurance is included with every order. We send all shipments fully insured at no additional charge. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, we will handle every detail with UPS and will ship you a replacement product, at no cost to you.
